Choco Pinwheel Cookies

INGREDIENTS

1 pack MAYA Original Hotcake Mix 250g
1/3 cup butter or shortening
1 tablespoon water
1 pack MAYA Chocolate Hotcake Mix 250g
1/3 cup butter or shortening
3 tablespoons water

PROCEDURE

Combine original hotcake mix and butter in a bowl until mixture forms coarse crumbs. Add enough water to form dough into a ball. Set aside. In another bowl, combine chocolate hotcake mix and butter until mixture forms coarse crumbs. Add enough water to form a ball of dough. Set aside.
Roll out white dough between two sheets of wax paper into�rectangle (approximately 7 x 9 inches). Do the same for the chocolate dough. Chill both dough for 10 minutes.
Invert the white dough against the chocolate dough. Press them together with a rolling pin. Roll up the dough tightly in a jelly roll fashion. Wrap in wax paper. Chill again, then slice into 1/4–inch thick cookies and bake until golden brown.
