Bacon Hotcakes

INGREDIENTS

1 medium-sized egg
2 tablespoons oil
½ cup water
1 pack  MAYA Original “Fluffy n’ Tasty” Hotcake Mix200 g
fried bacon strips, as needed

PROCEDURE

Beat egg slightly in a bowl; add in oil, water and hotcake mix. Stir just until slightly lumpy (do not overmix). On a preheated, slightly greased griddle or pan, lay down one strip of bacon. Pour enough batter to cover the bacon strip. Once the bacon pancake becomes bubbly, turn to cook the other side. Serve with a sunny-side up egg and fruits on the side, if desired.

NOTE: MAYA Complete “Quick n’ Easy” Hotcake Mix may also be used.
