Cooking enthusiast can enjoy a 4-day basic culinary adventure learning the fundamentals and various techniques in cooking and with actual preparations of dishes based on the different
methods of cooking.
Class Coverage: Proper hygiene, sanitation and safety; nutrition and nutritional cooking; proper mise-en-place of mirepoix, stocks, soups, sauces, use of herbs and spices combinations, proper purchasing, storage, some techniques of disjointing and boning poultry, filleting fish, making desserts and do plate presentation.
