  • 6 pcs banana saba sliced in half
  • 6 pcs spring roll / lumpia wrapper
  • brown sugar as needed
  • add ons like langka ube, chocolate chips, as desired
  • oil as needed for frying


  1. Prepare all ingredients.
  2. In a plate, place a wrapper, dip the banana in brown sugar then place on the lower end of the wrapper near you, add a piece of langka.
  3. Roll the wrapper firmly until you reach the other end and seal using a small amount of water.
  4. Preheat oil and fry turon, sprinkle brown sugar while frying, continue cooking until sugar is melted and caramelized and the wrappers are golden brown.
  5. Drain excess oil, serve.
