In a plate, place a wrapper, dip the banana in brown sugar then place on the lower end of the wrapper near you, add a piece of langka.

Preheat oil and fry turon, sprinkle brown sugar while frying, continue cooking until sugar is melted and caramelized and the wrappers are golden brown.
