Wash and clean pusit very well. Boil pusit in water, vinegar, pepper, salt and garlic. Cover and cook until tender. Drain and separate garlic. Reserve the sauce.
In a separate pan, sauté garlic in hot oil until brown. Add onions and tomatoes then cook until tender.
Add pusit and let it simmer for 5 minutes. Add reserve sauce and little sugar to taste. Simmer until sauce is reduced.
