Red Velvet Banana Cake

  • 3 pieces medium–sized egg
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • 1 1/2 cups mashed banana (3-4 pieces)
  • 1 pack MAYA Decadence Red Velvet Cake Mix 400g
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts


  1. Preheat oven at 350⁰F/177⁰C. Grease and line an 8 by 4 inch loaf pan
  2. In a medium-sized bowl, mix bananas, eggs, oil, and red velvet cake mix. Mix well, until there are no lumps
  3. Fold in chopped walnuts.
  4. Pour onto prepared loaf pan
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until top is cracked and set. Serve.
