Ingredients

oil for frying

kilo dried dilis
1
tablespoon
soy sauce
1
tablespoon
sugar salt and pepper to taste
2
tablespoons
spring onions
chopped
1
tablespoon
sesame seeds
Instructions
In a pan, heat oil.
Stir–fry dilis until crispy and golden brown.
Season with soy sauce, sugar, salt and pepper.
Add sesame seeds and spring onions.
Serve hot.
