Honey Mug Cake
Ingredients
Cake:
¼
cup
MAYA All-Purpose Flour
2
tablespoons
pure honey
1
tablespoon
brown sugar
½
teaspoon
baking powder
2
tablespoons
milk
1
piece
egg
2
tablespoons
melted butter
½
teaspoon
vanilla
Instructions
In a bowl, mix all cake ingredients until just combined. Divide the cake mixture into two 4 oz. ramekins or one 10 oz. mug.
Microwave on high for 90 seconds to 2 minutes, watching to make sure it doesn’t spill over (depending on the size of the mug).
Let cool one minute before eating. Top with whipped cream and more honey - optional.
Serve immediately.
