In a bowl, combine hotcake mix, egg, oil, water. Set aside.

Heat up a non-stick crepe pan, brush with a small amount of oil. Optional to use a hotcake mold. Pour hotcake batter into the mold, then place one finger of chocolate coated wafer then pour a small amount of hotcake mix to cover the chocolate.

Cook until hotcake is set.

Serve warm with chocolate syrup and crumble chocolate coated wafers.
