Ice Cream Banana Bread


  • 1/3 cup oil
  • 2 pieces egg
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 6 pieces banana ripe and mashed
  • 2 pack MAYA Oven Toaster Banana Cake Mix 230 grams
  • 1 pint vanilla flavored ice cream
  • 1 pint chocolate flavored ice cream


  1. Pre-heat oven to 350⁰F/177⁰C. Grease and line 9 x 4 loaf pan. Set aside.
  2. In a bowl, mix oil, eggs, milk, and mashed bananas. Mix well.
  3. Add banana cake mix and mix until well blended.
  4. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  5. Let it cool for 5 to 10 minutes and remove banana bread from the pan. Slice banana bread into 3 parts.
  6. Line the loaf pan with plastic wrap and place the bottom part of the banana bread, then pour and spread the vanilla flavored ice cream, then put on top of the ice cream the mid part of the banana bread, then pour and spread the chocolate flavored ice cream, then lastly, put the top layer of the banana bread.
  7. Cover the ice cream banana bread with plastic wraps and place it in the freezer for 1 to 2 hours or until the ice cream freeze again.
  8. Slice ice cream banana bread and drizzle it with chocolate sauce. Serve.
