Mixed Fresh Fruits with Vanilla Ice Cream, Rock Salt and Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  • 2 pcs. orange (fresh, seedless)
  • 1 pc. fragrant pear
  • 1 pc. pineapple juice (Fuji)
  • 1 g. powdered cinnamon
  • powdered sugar for dusting
  • 1 qrt. ice cream vanilla flavor
  • 2 g. salt (rock salt)
  • olive oil


  1. Prepare fruits in any prefered cut.
  2. In separate metal bowls, toss fruits with cinnamon powder and dust with powdered sugar.
  3. Arrange fruits on a serving container.
  4. Top with vanilla ice cream and sprinkle with rock salt then drizzle with olive oil.
