For seasoned crumbs: Place bread crumbs in a bowl, press together the crumbs and cheese using your hand until cheese are not visible.

Add dill and pepper into the crumbs and cheese mixture then set aside for crust use.

For Salmon: Rub and season salmon with salt, crushed peppercorns, lemon juice and mustard.

Cover the top of the salmon with prepared crumbs.

Place on a tray and bake in a preheated oven (350⁰F - 177⁰C) for 10 to 15 minutes or until the crust turns to brown. Remove baked salmon from the oven and serve.
