In a bowl, mix egg, oil, water and hotcake mix. Mix well.

Cook according to packaging instruction. Set aside and let it cool.

Once cooled, place one hotcake on a plate and spread ample amount of chocolate hazelnut spread on top of the hotcake and sprinkle chopped hazelnuts. Place another hotcake on top to create a layer and repeat procedure until all hotcake is layered.

Then lastly, topped it up with the quartered Ferrero Rocher chocolate. Serve.
