Sauté garlic and onion in oil until onion is translucent.
Add the rest of the vegetables – bell peppers, carrot, white beans.
Pour the tomato sauce and let it cook for 15 minutes on low heat
In a pan, pour two tablespoons of sauce, add one layer of lasagna, top with red sauce then grate some cheese and add a 2 tablespoons of garlic cheese butter.
Continue the layering until the pan is filled.
Top with cheese, red sauce, garlic cheese butter, and bread crumbs.
Bake in the oven at 150C for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and the bread crumbs browned.
