Fish and Fruit Waffle Canapes

Ingredients

  • 1 pack MAYA Original “Fluffy n’ Tasty” Hotcake Mix 200g

French Toast Mixture:

  • ¾ cup milk
  • 3 pieces eggs
  • ¼ cup MAYA All-Purpose Flour
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla  
  • cooked tuna fish, sliced
  • salad greens
  • assorted fresh fruits in season  

Instructions

  1. Preheat waffle maker.
  2. Prepare hotcake mix as per package direction. Use this recipe to make waffle.
  3. Cut each waffle into four.
  4. Mix together all the ingredients for French toast mixture.
  5. Dip waffle slices into mixture. 
  6. Pan toast until crisp.
  7. Serve as appetizer canapés.
