A Journey to Thailand



In this Thai cooking class, you will be learning how to cook the traditional Pad Thai as well as the world-famous Thai Popia or Fried Spring Rolls. This fried spring rolls will not be complete without its accompanying dip. Thai dips are usually served with meat and fish dishes. A cook can whip up a bowl of dip from chilies, garlic, onion, and shrimp paste or whatever ingredient is available dried or fermented fish, sour tamarind, dried shrimp, etc. We’ve thrown in the Thai Ice Tea recipe to complete the Thai experience!
