        Chocolate Buttercream:
        ½ cup butter

        3. Add milk and cream. Beat until light and fluffy.

        To assemble:
        1. Stack the cake layers with chocolate buttercream in between each layer.
        2. Cover the whole cake with chocolate buttercream.

      DIPPED BUTTER COOKIES

      Cookie:
      1 pack Original Mix 250g
      1/4 cup sugar
      1/4 cup butter, melted
      1 egg
melted semi-sweet chocolate chips, as needed for dipping
1 pack Lotte Pepero Almond Sticks 36g, roughly chopped

      1. Combine original mix, sugar, butter and egg in a bowl and mix until well blended.

      2. Make balls of dough which are 1 inch in diameter. Flatten and arrange on the toaster tray lined with baking paper. Cookies will spread so make sure that there is at least a 2-inch space between cookies.

      3. Bake in the oven toaster for 10 minutes. Cookies will appear soft; allow to cool on the tray until set.

      4. Spread chocolate on one half of the cookie. Top with chopped Pepero Almond Sticks. Allow chocolate to dry before handling.

      Yield: 20 cookies
