A 4 days cooking series from game night snacks, café hangout, Italian cooking snacks and samgyeopsal night.

Day 3: Bangkok Hits : Thai Food

Day 3 : What Teens should know about Filipino Food : Merienda Hits!

Day 4: Cafe & Cupcake Workshop & The Maya Kitchen Black Box Challenge!

9am -11am Cafe Favorite : Hearty burgersteak with Mushroom Sauce & Cupcake Workshop using Maya Red Velvet Cupcake mix with Cream Cheese frosting and Yellow Cake Decadence Mix – Rainbow Cupcakes with Buttercream Frosting and Sprinkles.

11AM-1PM- In a black box there will be several ingredients (i.e. bacon, gochuchang sauce, sirloin sukiyaki cut, One Maya Mix (i.e. Pancake mix ) plus a mystery ingredient that they have never worked with before – my suggestion is strawberries & whipped cream (they can put it on the pancake or make a parfait) .Whatever they think is appropriate. They will be judged on creativity, presentation and ability to finish within the prescribed time.
