Carrot Macaroons

INGREDIENTS

1 pack MAYA Oven Toaster Banana Cake Mix 230g
4 tablespoons cooking oil
1 medium egg
1/2 cup fresh milk
1 cup dehydrated carrots
1 cup desiccated coconut

 

PROCEDURE

Line muffin pan with paper cup and preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Set aside.

Combine cake mix, oil, egg, water, carrots and dessicated coconut in a bowl. Beat with a wooden spoon until smooth, about 50 strokes.
Pour mixture into prepared pan (fill until 3/4 full) and bake in preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until done. Cool.
