If you value efficiency and affordability but still want to eat well, we’ve got you. This hands-on class teaches students how to cook healthier, homemade meals that can be prepared ahead of time. Chef Anton brings you new and exciting dishes such as Japanese Beef Curry Rice, Thai Basil Chicken with Coconut Quinoa, Mediterranean Chicken Salad, & Easy One-Pot Marry-Me Chicken Pasta. Chef-Mom Sabrina will teach you to make fresh pasta from scratch, cook up a luscious, summer-kissed Chorizo and Tomato Aglio Olio, and bake easy-but-yummy Chicken Pesto Hand Pies. The Maya Kitchen is cooking up something special for teenagers this summer. Keep your teens away from gadgets by enrolling them in a 3-day cooking camp that will teach them to prepare classic dishes from around the world. Expand their knowledge about different cultures by introducing them to different flavors and spices, as well as cooking techniques. Chef Heart Cadiente leads this class covering Korean, Japanese, Italian and American cuisines, as well as modern Filipino dishes.

Due to popular demand, The Maya Kitchen brings back master baker Chef Rolando “Rollie” Dorado, as he teaches Filipino pasalubong favorites such as Lengua de Gato, Sylvannas, Otap, Lady Fingers and Portugese Egg Tarts. A graduate of the American Institute of Baking in Chicago and author of the cookbook “The Wonderful World of Baking”, Chef Rollie has 40 years of baking experience to share with you. For bakeshop owners wishing to expand their line or homemakers wanting to simply bake and enjoy these Pinoy treats at home, this class is for you.

This 4-day course by Chef Heart Cadiente teaches the complete basics of bakery production and provides you with everything you need to know about baking. Learn the techniques and secrets to making delicious cookies, cakes, pies, pastries and breads. All recipes may be applicable to small and commercial scale production.
